These Parmesan Crusted Prosciutto wrapped Asparagus are perfect for any dinner party!

- about 42 asparagus spears
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan (the smaller the crumb the better)
- 12–15 sliced of prosciutto
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss asparagus with oil and sprinkle with some salt.
- On each baking sheet sprinkle 6-7 small piles of 1/2 tbsp of parmesan cheese on the baking sheet.
- Grab 3 asparagus spears and wrap them with 1 slice of prosciutto. Place the prosciutto part on the parmesan and top each with an additional 1/2 tbsp of parmesan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until parmesan is lightly browned and crispy.
