Ingredient List
- Bacon– You can easily swap out regular bacon for Turkey bacon or any bacon alternative.
- Romain Lettuce
- Iceberg Lettuce– the best way to get the core out of iceberg lettuce is to smash it on the counter
- Cherry Tomato– No worries if you don’t have cherry tomatoes feel free to chop up any tomato you have on hand
- Blue Cheese– I used a blue cheese dressing for this, of course homemade or any type of blue cheese dressing you have will work great.
- Balsamic Glaze– This is an additional fun topping, if you don’t love balsamic glaze just leave it off.
Pro Tip
- Customizable & Versatile: While fantastic as is, this chopped wedge salad also serves as a great base for adding grilled chicken, steak, or even avocado!

I canโt wait to be the cool kid at the next party I attend with this salad.
Great party salad!!
This is such a great salad as is, but with warmer weather coming I’m always looking for meals to keep me out of the kitchen. I added a grilled, chopped chicken breast to amp up the protein so it could be a full meal. Just as delicious!
This sounds amazing, great job!!
