What Makes This Recipe Great

I have not slowed down on my current obsession with making most anything into a high protein dip. Adding cottage cheese is a game changer to increase the protein without having to drastically change a recipe or add loads more ingredients. High quality ground beef not only has loads of protein but also offers 10 essential nutrients including zinc, B-vitamins and iron. Adding this to the high calcium and protein in cottage cheese and this High Protein Cheeseburger Dip is the one, two punch you need for a party or even just a chill lunch at home.
