¾cupgrated parmesan, the smaller the crumb the better

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss asparagus with oil and sprinkle with some salt.
On each baking sheet sprinkle 6-7 small piles of 1/2 tbsp of parmesan cheese on the baking sheet.
Grab 3 asparagus spears and wrap them with 1 slice of prosciutto. Place the prosciutto part on the parmesan and top each with an additional 1/2 tbsp of parmesan.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until parmesan is lightly browned and crispy.
