Maple Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup—perfect for lattes, cocktails, and more! Add fall flavor to your favorite drinks.
Yesterday I woke up wanting something extra yummy in my americano so I whipped up this simple syrup and it was amazing!! I usually always have my honey syrup in the fridge to sweeten my coffee a bit but the seasons are changing and this girl loves a pumpkin spice moment. I am not a CRAZY pumpkin spice lady but the flavors are just so fall and wonderful so adding them to my morning makes it feel extra special. This is a super simple combination of maple syrup, water and pumpkin pie spice. That’s it! Just heat it up to combine the spices into the syrup and you are done. I normally just had it with a black americano but I was feelin fancy for this photoshop and added it to an almond milk latte and DANG is it good. The thing I love about simple syrups too is that they add easily to cold drinks too. It’s still warm here so I have been making blended coffees in the morning often and this would be perfect with that! Just some cold brew concentrate, almond milk, this maple pumpkin spice simple syrup and ice. Okay wow all of this talk about coffee makes me want to go make another one RIGHT NOW.

Simply delicious and just what I needed for that warm and cozy fall cup of coffee (even though it’s still 80 degrees and smoky as heck). I added an extra shake or two of pumpkin pie spice for an extra pumpkin kick.Â
Sounds perfect! Enjoy!
This is delicious! Perfect for fall, and it’s much cheaper to make yummy drinks at home! Thank you!

What do you do if you don’t have a microwave??
You can either mix everything with some boiled water or combine it all over the stove for 5 minutes on medium!
Oh!! Yum! I am going to make this right now!
Enjoy!
In New Zealand they don’t sell pumpkin pie spice.  Is it easy to make by combining different spices?
Yes! if you google homemade pumpkin pie spice you can find the recipe!
This stuff is great! I appreciate the easy instructions of heating it in the microwave because I hate getting a pot dirty for something quick like this! There is just enough pumpkin flavor and sweetness and the maple compliments they pumpkin spice perfectly! I use this with cold brew coffee and a splash of half and half and it is the perfect pumpkin spice drink without all the weird ingredients! I also love that the pumpkin flavor comes from pumpkin pie spice and not actual pumpkin because it can be hard to find pumpkin sometimes (especially now with the pandemic)Â
Yahoo! So glad to hear! Enjoy!!
This is delicious! I halved the recipe because my squeeze bottle is smaller. It turns my iced coffee into fall in a cup!
