What Makes This Recipe Great?

The combined flavors of garlic, dill and lemon give this dip the perfect zing you need for a delicious afternoon snack. Made with the 1,2 punch of greek yogurt and cottage cheese and then whipped with Tahini I love how protein rich this dip is. Tahini is a great source of fiber, and protein while being low in calories. You will also be finding some protein in the feta cheese along with calcium. Using nutrient rich foods bring so much life and depth to a recipes. Just like so many other dips in this high protein series, most all the ingredients can be tossed into a blender and mixed together. Easier the better in my book and that’s exactly why I love this High Protein Tahini Tzatziki recipe.
