Sparkling Cold Brew

This Sparkling Cold Brew is the perfect cold drink to sip in the afternoon or on a warm morning!

How about a nice and easy recipe on this Tuesday? About a month ago Matt and I were up in the South Bay of LA and stopped to do some work at this little coffee shop called The Boy and The Bear Co. I saw they had a sparkling iced americano. I knew I had to have it because it was the afternoon and it worked with decaf! I ran home and as I don’t have an espresso maker, I thought cold brew concentrate would be perfect – and it was! I shared this idea on IG and everyone FREAKED like I did so here it is! Matt and I have a soda stream and we love it. Between having that and a jug of cold brew concentrate in the fridge we are set to have these babies non stop! If you are wondering where the heck you get cold brew concentrate, you can usually find it near the regular coffee in the store! Trader Joes makes one and so does the Simple Truth brand at Ralphs! Or of course you can always stock up on Amazon.

OH and speaking of Amazon can we just talk about this Whole Foods & Amazon situation!? If you haven’t heard, Amazon bought Whole Foods and is now slashing prices at Whole Foods locations. I can’t wait to go and see how much cheaper things really are or if it just the few pieces of produce which are probably still cheaper other places… 🙂 The thought of a cheaper Whole Foods is so beautiful though, that place will drain your wallet quickly! I’ll keep you posted on what I find out. Okay now it’s time to make some fizzy goodness to start your day!

I made my water extra bubbly in the soda stream because… BUBBLES!
