- Flour– this recipe was created using regular white flour, wheat could also work
- Vanilla Protein Powder– I always use my favorite Flav City
- Freeze Dried Strawberries– you can find these in the produce section or nuts and dried fruit section
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Maple Syrup
- Egg– room temperature works best when making a baked good
- Coconut Oil– be sure this is melted and cooled
- Milk– any dairy or non- dairy milk can work
- Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate Chips– mini chips work amazing when you make mini muffins
Step By Step
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and stir to combine.
- Spray a silicone muffin pan with oil and fill each cup about ¾ of the way.
- Bake mini muffins for 12-15 minutes and regular muffins for 20-23 minutes.
