High Protein Tahini Tzatziki Dip

Elevate your snacking with High Protein Tahini Tzatziki—blending cottage cheese and Greek yogurt for a flavorful dip! Try it now!

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp chopped dill
  • 1 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup feta crumbles
  • Salt to taste

Instructions 

  • Blend: Mix cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  • Combine: Transfer to a bowl, add dill, cucumber, and feta. Stir well.
  • Season: Add salt to taste.
  • Serve: Enjoy with cucumbers, bell peppers, naan bread, or atop a Greek bowl!
