Step By Step

  1. Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shred then chop chicken so it is diced and place in a large bowl.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy then set aside to cool, then chop and set aside ¼ cup. Add the rest of it to the bowl with chicken.
  3. In a blender combine cottage cheese, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce & milk.
  4. Pour over chicken and add ranch seasoning and 1 cup of the cheese then stir to combine.
  5. Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining ½ cup of cheese and leftover bacon.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
