Prevent your screen from going dark
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Shred then chop chicken so it is diced and place in a large bowl.
Cook bacon until crispy then set aside to cool, then chop and set aside ¼ cup. Add the rest of it to the bowl with chicken.
In a blender combine cottage cheese, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce & milk.
Pour over chicken and add ranch seasoning and 1 cup of the cheese then stir to combine.
Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining ½ cup of cheese and leftover bacon.
Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve with celery, bell peppers, crackers or bread!
