High Protein Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch Dip

This High Protein Buffalo Chicken Bacon Ranch Dip is the perfect game day snack! Packed with flavor and protein, it's low-carb and keto-friendly.

Ingredients 

  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix

Instructions 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Shred then chop chicken so it is diced and place in a large bowl.
  • Cook bacon until crispy then set aside to cool, then chop and set aside ¼ cup. Add the rest of it to the bowl with chicken.
  • In a blender combine cottage cheese, greek yogurt, buffalo sauce & milk.
  • Pour over chicken and add ranch seasoning and 1 cup of the cheese then stir to combine.
  • Pour into a casserole dish and top with remaining ½ cup of cheese and leftover bacon.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.

Notes

  • Serve with celery, bell peppers, crackers or bread!
