Cherry Lime Energy Balls


  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut


  1. Add nuts to food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds. Combine nuts with dates and dried cherries and process until all ingredients have broken down and are sticky.
  2. Add in lime zest and juice. Process until all ingredients come together to form 1 large ball. Roll into small balls and roll in shredded coconut to coat. Store in fridge or in the freezer!
