Cherry Lime Energy Balls

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of half a lime
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup shredded coconut

Instructions 

  • Add nuts to food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds. Combine nuts with dates and dried cherries and process until all ingredients have broken down and are sticky.
  • Add in lime zest and juice. Process until all ingredients come together to form 1 large ball. Roll into small balls and roll in shredded coconut to coat. Store in fridge or in the freezer!
