You just throw a couple of ingredients in a pan and let it simmer for a bit, then throw it in a blender until its nice and smooth and voila! Ketchup! Have you ever looked at a regular store bought ketchup ingredient list? There are tons of unnecessary added ingredients. Tomatoes are great for men’s health specifically Prostate Health. They are more beneficial because they are higher in the levels of lycopene, which has been shown to inhibit prostate cancer progression in several studies. Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chopped pitted date
- 1 6oz. can tomato paste
- 1 14 oz. can fire roasted chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste if needed!
