How Whole30 Ketchup comes together:
The best part about this Whole30 Ketchup recipe is how easy it is to throw together. You just throw a couple of ingredients in a pan and let it simmer for a bit, then throw it in a blender until its nice and smooth and voila! Ketchup! I used fire roasted tomatoes in this and it added the best flavor. You can totally use regular ones though if you have them on hand! Such a great consistency – dippable spreadable goodness!! Hi Julie! I used it for about 2 weeks after making it. I haven’t tried freezing it but I am sure that would work! If you try it let me know. Thanks! 🙂
To me it was a bit like a cross between ketchup and bbq sauce. And it was quite spicy. I absolutely loved it! So yummy.
