Ingredients
Scale
- 2 1/2 cups frozen fruit (only 1/2 cup of frozen banana + any other fruit you like)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla + Coconut Water Whey Protein
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
Topping options:
- – granola
- – fresh berries
- – drizzle of nut butter or coconut butter
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high powdered blender. Blend on high until thick and creamy. If it is too thick, add 1 tablespoon more almond milk until desired consistency is reached. The thicker the better!
