Strawberry Coconut Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup canned light coconut milk (mixed up)
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and fully combined!
  • Serves 1.
