Ingredients

- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Flakey salt and/or mini chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Soften cashews: Soak cashews in water for 4-6 hours or in hot water for 1 hour to soften.
- Blend: Drain the soaked cashews and add them to a blender with Greek yogurt and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add flavors: Add chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth: Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Serve: Pour the brownie batter dip into a serving bowl. Top with mini chocolate chips and flakey salt.
- Enjoy: Serve with your favorite dippers such as strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, or cookies!
- Store: Store in the fridge!
