I know I know. I did citrus and chocolate like 2 days ago. Well trust me, orange is completely different than lemon. These cookies happened because I had one orange and a costco bag of chocolate chips. The orange flavor is subtle and ridiculously delish.
What is it about making cookies that is so therapeutic? Is that just me? There is something about mixing a few things together and transforming them into a delectable treat that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. Sharing those treats makes that feeling even better. I am telling you, if you are in a funk, make these cookies and give them to a friend, co-worker, neighbor or anyone you want. You will feel so much better! It will also help if you have a spoonful of cookie dough and a fresh baked cookie. Trust me. Here is the dough you will enjoy too much of –
What you don’t eat of the dough, you will plop onto a cookie sheet.
Bake and enjoy!
