- Avocado Oil– you can also use olive oil
- Fire Roasted Tomatoes– regular roasted tomatoes
- Chili Powder
- Garlic Powder– A blend of chili powder, garlic powder, and paprika delivers an authentic, deep chili taste.
- Paprika
- Cream Cheese– whipped cream cheese ensures a luxurious, smooth texture that won’t separate.
- Shredded Cheese
Step By Step
- Place a skillet over medium heat, Add ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking up the meat, until it is cooked through (about 5-8 minutes).
- Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, chili powder, garlic powder and paprika and stir to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes for all the flavors to combine and thicken.
- Add in cream cheese and shredded cheese and stir to combine until cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, Pour into a serving dish and top with extra cheese.
- Place under the broiler in the oven for a minute until melted, garnish with chopped parsley.
