This Chili Cheese Dip is a rich and savory appetizer that comes together in a snap. It's a fantastic crowd-pleaser with its deep chili flavor and gooey, cheesy finish.
Add ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking up the meat, until it is cooked through (about 5-8 minutes).
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, chili powder, garlic powder and paprika and stir to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes for all the flavors to combine and thicken.
Add in cream cheese and shredded cheese and stir to combine until cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a serving dish and top with extra cheese.
Place under the broiler in the oven for a minute until melted.
