Paleo Peppermint Mocha

Almondmilk [Filtered Water, Almonds, Sugar, Calcium Carbonate, Sunflower Lecithin, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol)], Mocha Sauce [Water, Sugar, Cocoa Processed With Alkali, Natural Flavor], Brewed Espresso, Peppermint Syrup [Sugar, Water, Natural Flavor, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid], Whipped Cream [Cream (Cream, Mono And Diglycerides, Carageenan), Vanilla Syrup (Sugar, Water, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid)], Dark Chocolate Curls [Sugar, Chocolate Mass (Processed With Alkali), Cocoa Butter, Soy Lecithin, Vanilla Extract].
Soooo I am going to opt to make them myself this year!! And now that we have a Nespresso, It is super easy! You can totally make this without an espresso maker and just brew some super strong coffee to use in place of it too. It’s just a few ingredients and 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil, and remember- you must use a high quality essential oil if you are going to ingest!! Peppermint Mocha {Paleo}
Ingredients

2 shots of espresso

1 tablespoon cacao powder

1 tablespoon honey syrup

1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, warmed
Instructions
- Make hot espresso then whisk in the cacao powder, honey syrup and peppermint oil (even better if you can mix with a milk frother like this).
- Then pour in warm almond milk (either the full cup or until your mug is full) and whisk again to combine.
- Enjoy!
