Peppermint Mocha {Paleo}

Ingredients 

  •  
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey syrup
  • 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, warmed

Instructions 

  • Make hot espresso then whisk in the cacao powder, honey syrup and peppermint oil (even better if you can mix with a milk frother like this).
  • Then pour in warm almond milk (either the full cup or until your mug is full) and whisk again to combine.
  • Enjoy!
