Popsicle Cocktail!

New motto: Put a popsicle in it! With the inevitable hot summer ahead of us, we have to get creative with our ice cubes… and our cocktails. I got some wild cherry skinny girl vodka recently and it is so tasty. I can just mix it with club soda for an amazing low cal cocktail! So when I want to add some extra flavor and keep my drink cold, it’s nice to switch it up and add a popsicle to it! You can keep it in the drink and eat it after, or eat it as you go… it’s hard to stop eating popsicles sometimes. I am so excited for this summer. When the sun stays out late and cocktails are this delish, it’s hard to not look forward to every day! Also: NEWS ALERT! I have started taking spin classes. Pause for your shocked face…. ahhh I know!! It’s crazy but i actually like it. I will keep you updated on that front, but until then – COCKTAILS! >>>
Vodka soda with a popsicle. You can add a popsicle to ANY cocktail. I am sure of it.

Come on… try and tell me you don’t want to jump in the screen right now. There isn’t really a recipe for this one.. just add a popsicle to a drink!! Doesn’t have to have alcohol either! I can just imagine a popsicle in lemonade… mmmm 🙂
