This Greek Veggies & Feta Dip comes together extremely quickly; you just need to chop all the veggies, making sure they are small enough size so it’s easier to munch. Combine the seasoning, vinegar and oil and mix well with the veggies. Lastly you will want to fold in the feta cheese, also feel free to sprinkle some on top. You can never go wrong with more feta cheese.
Filled with tons of nutrients like vitamin k in the cucumber, vitamin c from red bell peppers, vitamin e and antioxidants from the olives will have you whipping this dip up all the time. Quick chop time and simple dressing that brightens all the veggies up to bring the best out.
Ingredient List
- Cherry Tomatos
- Cucumbers– you can leave the skin on or take it off
- Red Bell Peppers
- Olives– I used pitted but use your favorite kind
- Red Onions– must be red onion for this recipe
- Feta Cheese– you can used pre-crumbled or crumble it yourself
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Olive Oil– if you need you can substitute with avocado oil
- Garlic Powder– powder not fresh garlic is best for this
- Oregano
- Dill
- Mint– fresh is best for this recipe
- Salt and Pepper
Step by Step
- Chop all the veggies including cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red bell peppers, olives and red onion.
- In a small bowl combine red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, dill, mint and salt and pepper, crumble in the feta cheese and pour over chopped veggies.

- This can be used for more than just a dip, add it to the top of a salad, top on grilled steak, add to your favorite grilled chicken pita.

Greek Veggie & Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cherry tomatoes, chopped into quarters
- 2 cups small diced cucumbers
- 1 cup small diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup chopped olives
- ½ small red onion, diced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp chopped mint
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, olives and red onion in a bowl.
- In a smaller bowl combine feta, vinegar, oil, garlic powder, oregano, dill, mint and pepper and whisk to combine, breaking down the feta.
- Pour feta dressing over the veggies and stir to combine.
- Serve with pita chips, crackers or bell peppers!
