- Salt
- Baking Soda
- Baking Powder
- Cinnamon
- Eggs
- Pumpkin– make sure you use canned pure pumpkin
- Vanilla– measure with the heart
- Coconut Oil– melted and slightly cooled
- Coconut Sugar
- Chocolate Chips– mini chips work best

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, put the oats in a blender and blend until they are ground.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Pour into a muffin pan (lined or spray with oil).
