I have been on a real martini kick these days, and no one is mad about it around here. I love the simplicity and the strong kick that comes with a martini, both of which goes great when in the moody cocktail lounge in our house. A traditional dirty chai latte has a shot of espresso with the chai concentrate and milk, to give you a real kick when you need to get the job done. This Dirty Chai Martini gets its sweetness from the vanilla vodka, the espresso from coffee liqueur and Irish cream liqueur and the chai can be store bought or homemade! Grab these ingredients to make this cocktail for your Thanksgiving festivities!

- Chia Concentrate– you can usually find chai concentrate in the tea section
- Vanilla Vodka– Absolute usually has lots of flavors
- Coffee Liqueur
- Irish Cream Liqueur
Step by Step
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
- Add chai, vanilla vodka, coffee liqueur & irish cream liqueur to the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain drink between 2 coupe or martini glasses.
- Garnish with a star anise.
