- ¾ oz Cointreau
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 strawberry
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 1 oz sparkling rosé
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker add a cup of ice followed by vodka, cointreau, lemon juice, strawberry and simple syrup.
- Use a muddler to mash the strawberry then shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe glass and top with sparkling rosé.
