Chopped Wedge Salad

This Chopped Wedge Salad is a simple recipe that can easily be a main dish or side salad to any meal! With just 5 ingredients it comes together in a pinch.

large head of romaine lettuce

head of iceberg lettuce

of bacon

cooked

cups
chopped cherry tomatoes

cup
blue cheese dressing
▢
Balsamic glaze

Instructions
Finely chop lettuce, removing the root. Also remove the top couple inches of the romaine leaves.
Wash lettuce and add to a large bowl.
Chop cooked bacon and tomatoes.
Pour blue cheese dressing over the lettuce and toss to fully coat.
Add in bacon and cherry tomatoes (reserving some to top) and toss again.
Pour into serving dish (if serving to guests) and top with remaining tomatoes and bacon then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
