Ingredients
- Gin- Any Gin will work

- Honey Syrup- not strait honey but a thinned out version
- Lemon Sorbet- you can find this in the ice cream section
Step By Step Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker fill halfway with ice and add gin, lemon juice and honey syrup and shake vigorously.
- Pour into 2 coup glasses and add a scoop of Lemon Sorbet and enjoy.
Pro Tips
- You can easily make your own honey syrup at home. Just add equal parts honey and water to a pot and cook on medium heat, stir often to keep it from bubbling over. Cool and transfer to a bottle. Store in the fridge for a few months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is sherbet the same as sorbet?
- No, they are different. You will want to use sorbet in this recipe, since its just fruit juice and sugar. Sherbet on the other hand had milk added to it as well.
