  • 1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • ¼ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained (reserve the oil)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or a little of the reserved oil from the tomatoes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
