CAESAR! I think anyone who is watching their calorie intake tries to steer clear creamy dressings like caesar. But it is so so tasty! In a salad or in a wrap, I just love a good caesar dressing. The thing that makes a classic caesar very caloric is egg yolks and olive oil, but what makes it tasty is the anchovies, dijon, garlic and lemon!! Taking all of the delicious aspects and adding it to greek yogurt was an easy solve for this dilemma. The best part is that all of those add ins barely have any calories, and greek yogurt is like the best thing to happen to cooking since slice bread so…. it’s a pretty huge win. Did I mention this is super easy to whip together? To make it a meal I just mixed the dressing with chopped chicken breast that I baked in the oven and put some chicken with romaine lettuce and wrapped in a low carb tortilla.
Now onto more important things….. the wedding is less than 2 months away!!!! I am getting so excited and just can’t wait to celebrate with all of my besties. YAY! Now you can really see why I need this healthy chicken wrap in my life.
Here is the ingredient line up >> Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dijon, red wine vinegar, crush garlic, anchovy paste, salt & pepper!
Mix them all up!
Ahh it’s like magic! Caesar magic!
I measured out a serving to be 1/2 cup.
Which fills a wrap perfectly!
You should totally pin this!
