Greek Yogurt Caesar Chicken Wrap

Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients 

For Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Wrap:

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • romaine lettuce
  • low carb tortillas

Instructions 

  • Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Pour over chopped chicken and stir to coat. On a tortilla or wrap, place romaine lettuce and 1/2 cup of chicken mixture. Wrap up and enjoy!

Notes

Calories based on chicken mixture made with 6oz chicken breasts. Calories on whole wrap vary based on tortilla choice!
