Christmas Breakfast Board
It’s almost Christmas!!! And although the holiday season has so many great moments and fun, the best part is always Christmas morning. This year will be our first year with a kiddo that kinda sorta knows what is happening. She will definitely be SO pumped when she sees her presents and hopefully even more excited when she sees BREAKFAST!! Because this year we are taking our love for Charcuterie Boards to a whole new breakfast level. I packed this board with two types of pancakes – gingerbread & peppermint chocolate chip! Then you fill it in with some bacon, sausage and fruit and of course serve a nice helping of whipped cream and butter on the side.
The best part is you can totally make all of this stuff the day before if you want. Heck you can make pancakes this week and freeze them! Just put you oven to 350 and lay them in an ever layer for 8-10 minutes until they are warmed up. You can also cook bacon in the oven – or maybe even make Maple Pepper Bacon! No matter how you do it, do it with love and Christmas cheer! 🙂
Oh and always serve with a large side of maple syrup and coffee!
You can always add in a dash of red and green sprinkles!!
