Ingredient List

Satisfy your cravings with moist, protein-packed apple pie muffins. A healthy, delicious breakfast or snack for any day!
  • Flour– if you would like this to be gluten free make sure you are using a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend
  • Vanilla Protein Powder– his is the star! It boosts the protein content significantly and adds a lovely vanilla flavor that complements the apple pie spices. Whey or casein powder works best, but a plant-based option may also be used (results may vary slightly)
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Maple Syrup– Provides natural sweetness without processed sugar
  • Applesauce– feel free to use cinnamon applesauce for an extra cinnamon muffin
  • Greek Yogurt– any percentage of greek yogurt will work
  • Coconut Oil– refined coconut oil is what you are going to want to use for this recipe
  • Milk– any milk will work, even almond or oat milk
  • Vanilla Extract- measure with your heart
  • Apples– I suggest a sweeter apple such as Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp
  • Apple Pie Spice– This is essential for that unmistakable, home-baked apple pie flavor
