I know what you are thinking… Kale? Really Kelsey? Yes really guys. These kale chips are so shockingly delicious. Simple, crispy and salty. That is all you can really ask for in a snack right? And they are extemely healthy? I am pretty sure if we make these once in a while we can TOTALLY justify all of our cookie intake.
