  2. Add butter and let it melt.
  3. Then add brown sugar, chopped figs and thyme.
  4. Whisk together until combined, and sugar has dissolved (about 2-3 mins).
  5. In a separate bowl, combine softened goat cheese, cream cheese and hot honey and season with salt.
  6. Scoop the cheese mixture into a serving bowl and top with a layer of caramelized onion jam. Then top that with the pecan almond mixture! Finish with a drizzle of hot honey.
  7. Serve with crackers or bread.

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot honey
