Chocolate Coconut Kahlua Balls
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup of Kahlua
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- sprinkles
Instructions
- Combine sugar, butter and Kahlua in a bowl with a mixer until well blended. Cover and chill for at least four hours or until firm. Remove from the refrigerator and scoop 1 tablespoon into your hand and form a ball. Place balls on a parchment paper lined cookies sheet and place back in the fridge to keep cool. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until chips are melted and combined with the oil. Remove balls from the fridge and dip in chocolate to coat. Place back on parchment paper and top with sprinkles. Place back in fridge until ready to enjoy!
Kelsey, these look amazing! Do they taste OK without the Kahlua? Wanted to make some for my young-uns! 😉
