Greek Lettuce Wrapped Turkey Sliders Summer is in serious full effect. Like we should probably stop eating carbs… at least for today?  Laguna Beach has opened the flood gates of tourists and summer break children and it is getting cray.  Restaurants are packed and expensive so eating at home has never looked so good.  I like to make my home dining experience top notch, and let me tell you, it’s not too hard!  I wanted to make a greek inspired dish that was quick and full of flavor.  These sliders take minutes to whip together and the tzatziki was even easier.  Wrap everything up in some beautiful red leaf lettuce and you have yourself a quality dinner that is low carb, low cal & full of flavor! First mix together your turkey, red onion, dill, garlic, parsley, salt & pepper.

  3. This was such a yummy, low-carb meal! What a nice way to use that ground turkey that I always have in the freezer. My kids both loved the sliders without the sauce and the grown-ups loved it all. I served them on whole wheat English muffins for the kids. I will definitely be making these again!
