Prevent your screen from going dark
To the pan, add butter, brown sugar, 2 tbsp honey and orange zest.
Whisk together until combined, and sugar has dissolved (about 2-3 mins).
To the pan, add dried cranberries and walnuts and stir to combine .
In a separate bowl, combine softened goat cheese, cream cheese and 1 tbsp honey and season with salt.
Scoop the cheese mixture into a serving bowl and top with the walnut mixture! Serve with crackers or bread.
