In a large bowl combine turkey, egg, almond flour, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Place a large skillet over medium high heat and add oil to the pan. Then add carrots, green beans and potatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until they start to soften and brown slightly and season with a pinch of salt.
Set aside ½ cup of the cooked vegetables and add the rest to the turkey mixture. Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl with your hands or a wooden spoon until equally combined.
Form turkey mixture into a loaf shape on a foil lined baking sheet. Top the loaf wit the remaining ½ cup of vegetables.
