Place chicken breasts in a large zip lock bag and use a meat mallet to make them all an even width.
Then add in 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar to the bag, zip it up and shake it around to coat the chicken. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill the chicken until cooked through (165 degrees inside) and set aside.
Take your romaine, chop it thoroughly and add to a large bowl.
Add in beans,strawberries, red onion, pecans and goat cheese.
In a mason jar combine all of the dressing ingredients and shake to combine.
Chop the chicken and add to the bowl along with the dressing. Toss to combine!
