Prevent your screen from going dark
In a blender combine cottage cheese, honey, strawberries and jam until smooth.
Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with parchment paper and add in (about 19) graham crackers to fill the pan.
Pour in the cottage cheese mixture and spread evenly.
Add more graham crackers on top.
Freeze for 4 hours or until hard. Remove and slice into squares. Keep in the freezer and just let sit out for about 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
