Mixed Berry Crumble

This Mixed Berry Crumble is gluten free and refined sugar free- perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients 

  • 5 cup frozen berries, any combo will work: blue, black, ras, straw
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup flour, gluten free works!

Topping:

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • cups flour
  • cups oats
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions 

  • Mix berries, coconut sugar, lemon juice and flour in a bowl and combine all together. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan.
  • In a bowl combine sugars, flour, oats and salt mix and then pour melted butter on top and combine again. Pour oat mixture on top berries. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You will know its done when it is bubbling on the edges and the crumb topping is brown.
