Combine water, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice in a microwave safe container (like a glass measuring cup) and microwave for 2 minutes then stir combine.
Store in the fridge (I like to store mine in a squeeze bottle) for up to 2 months.
Add it to your coffee depending on how sweet you like it! 1/2 a shot glass full is delish.
Notes
If you don't have a microwave you can heat it on the stove top over medium heat for 5 minutes.
If you don't have pumpkin pie spice you can combine the following to make your own! Just mix everything together and store in a jar.
