Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk egg until slightly frothy. Add almond butter, maple syrup, baking soda and 1/2 cup of chopped bacon. Place bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up. Scoop into 12 balls of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball a bit and top with remaining bacon bits and 1 sliver of almond. Bake for 10 minutes then move them to a cooling rack to cool. Top each with a bit of sea salt!
