High Protein BBQ Chicken Sandwich Dip

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 1 tbsp pickle seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped coleslaw

Instructions 

  • Blend sauce: In a blender, mix cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and BBQ sauce until smooth.
  • Combine ingredients: In a bowl, mix chopped chicken, pickle seasoning, and coleslaw.
  • Mix together: Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.

Notes

  • If you want this to be more chicken salad style than a dip, reduce greek yogurt to 1/2 cup and chop the chicken into bigger chunks!
