Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small blender combine egg, cottage cheese, milk and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
In a large bowl combine quick oats, vanilla protein powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the dry ingredients as well as maple syrup and coconut oil and stir until combined.
Spray a square baking pan with oil and pour mixture into pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Once the oat bake is cooled, make the icing.
In a small bowl combine confectioners sugar, orange juice & orange zest and stir to combine. Drizzle over the oat bake.
- *If you only have old fashioned oats, place them in a blender or food processor and pulse them to chop them slightly to make quick oats.
