  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Rolls & Pork

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping all the rolls connected. Place the bottom half on a cookie sheet.
  • Coat the inside of the rolls with dijon mustard.
  • Next, spread the cooked pulled pork evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

Layer the Fillings

  • Place the ham slices on top of the pulled pork.
  • Top the cheese with pickles.
  • Finally, place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls on top.

Make the Glaze

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Glaze and Bake

  • Pour the glaze evenly over the top of the sliders. Use a pastry brush to make sure every roll is coated.
  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Serve

  • Carefully remove the sliders from the oven.
  • Slice them along the original roll lines and serve warm.
