Combine dates & cashew butter in a food processor and process until it forms a paste.
Then add almond flour & cacao powder and blend until completely combined. Add in chocolate chips and peppermint extract and blend to combine.
Add in water, 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture can easily be formed into a ball and doesn’t stick to your hands. Press into a small pan (i used a 4 x 6 inch), or shape into that size on a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt and crushed candy cane and freeze for at least one hour, slice and enjoy cold!
